The Well Delicacies – Rosh Pinna

“The Well Delicacies” is an artisanal boutique factory in Rosh Pinna, developing and producing jams, spreads, sauces, and liqueurs from Galilean raw materials.

We grow the herbs ourselves, and we pick the fruit ourselves or buy directly from the growers. We prepare all the products using traditional methods, just like in the old days, from fresh and local raw materials, without preservatives, food coloring, or artificial flavors.

Meet Inbar and Sigal Shefat, the people who initiated and established “The Well Delicacies.” Inbar, who grew up in Rosh Pinna, is self-taught, specializing in the production of jams, sauces, spreads, and liqueurs. The most famous of them is the Limoncello, which stars at “The Well Delicacies.” The guiding line in his work is the daily desire to add flavor to life.

Development and production of quality delicacies from the Galilee

In 2006, the couple decided to open their own boutique factory – “The Well Delicacies” – specializing in the development and production of quality delicacies from the Galilee: jams, sauces, spreads, and liqueurs, excelling in classic flavors while incorporating interesting combinations.

The Well’s products can be tasted at the couple’s gallery, The Well Gallery, located in an ancient stone house in Old Rosh Pinna, open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10:30-16:00, and during the rest of the week the opening hours are a bit flexible so it is better to call Sigal beforehand at 052-6930349.
