Cancellation Policy:
• In general, the customer may cancel the transaction subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the Law).
• Cancellation or change at no cost, up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• For cancellation, change, or no-show later than that, we will charge 100% of the total price of the reservation.
• Credit card details were taken to secure the reservation. In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card; providing credit card details constitutes consent and confirmation of the reservation.
• When canceling a transaction due to a defect or non-conformity, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• We promise to make every effort to find guests in your place; if we succeed, we will not charge.
