Nestled among the Galilee mountains in the North, in Moshav Hosen, Rimona will serve you a unique breakfast. Enjoy Moroccan breads, just like those from the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, baked in an oven lined with river stones, imparting an old-world flavor, reminiscent of pastries baked over an open fire and embers. The breads are generously filled with delicious ingredients: champignon or portobello mushrooms, olives, or green beet with additions of basil, garlic, onion, nigella seeds, and more. The meal is served with fresh vegetables, a variety of salads, labneh, yogurt cheeses, jams, and concludes with mint tea.
