Practicing together allows for finding new angles for connection stemming from inner balance, quiet, sensitivity, and the integration of personal balance with finding the couple’s point of equilibrium.

A Little About Mandala Yoga

Mandala Yoga is a language that weaves delicate inner listening, using ancient yoga wisdom for an inner journey. It is an invitation for gradual transformation and internalization, built step by step.
The learning begins along the chakras, on a path of rebuilding conscious awareness guided by active breath. After the journey, the testimony remains clear and can perform inner work within the body’s consciousness, according to its changing needs in alignment with inner seasons and the seasons of the year. In this language, mindful observation is the center, and various tools are drawn from the toolbox according to daily needs.
To heal, to transform at every junction in the body, belief – from constricted to aware, balanced, breathing, speaking, healthy. The need for precise language arose from the understanding that as we practice and deepen our breath: the subconscious awakens to life. A loving language helps to part with external and internal language based on comparison, constriction, judgment, and negativity. And with old perceptions that reside in the body’s consciousness.
